Draw timings and how quickly we update
The three daily draws are held at 1:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM Indian Standard Time. The department publishes the bulletin within a few minutes of each draw, and this page is refreshed as soon as the numbers are available.
If you land here before the draw time and see "result awaited", the draw has genuinely not happened yet — there is no way to know a winning number in advance, and any site claiming otherwise is lying to you.
Why the scheme name changes every day
Each draw of the week has its own weekly scheme. Monday morning is Dear Rise, Saturday morning is Dear Vision, Sunday night is Dear Magic — and so on. The scheme name is printed on your ticket, so it tells you exactly which draw you entered.
The scheme also determines the ticket series range printed for that draw. If your ticket says "Dear Vision Saturday Weekly" then it is a 1 PM Saturday ticket, and the 6 PM or 8 PM numbers are irrelevant to it.
Nagaland State Lotteries
Nagaland State Lotteries was established in 1972 under the Finance Department and runs the Dear Morning (1 PM) and Dear Evening (8 PM) draws. It prints the largest volume of the three daily sessions — around 7 crore tickets for the evening draw alone.
Nagaland draws carry the ₹1 crore first prize and are the reason "dear lottery result today 1pm" and "8 pm" are among the highest-volume lottery searches in India.
Sikkim State Lotteries
Sikkim State Lotteries runs the 6 PM Dear Day draw. Its tickets print in the 74 to 99 series range, with serial numbers 00000 to 99999, and the session prints roughly 2.80 crore tickets.
Because the 6 PM draw is the middle of the day, it is the one most often missed — check it separately rather than assuming the 1 PM numbers apply.
